Exceptional Convenience
This electric cashier station is designed to provide exceptional convenience, featuring a flexible mobility system that allows it to easily move between different areas of the supermarket. Whether it's a regular cashier counter or a temporary setup for promotional events, the station can be quickly repositioned to meet fluctuating customer traffic demands. Compared to traditional fixed cashier stations, it saves significant time and effort in terms of manual relocation and re-wiring, offering unparalleled convenience for adapting to varying customer flow.
Efficient Operation
Equipped with a high-speed, stable cashier system, the station can rapidly scan all types of product barcodes, including common 1D barcodes and complex 2D QR codes, completing identification and pricing in an instant. The powerful processor ensures smooth transaction processing without lag, even during multiple transactions, significantly reducing customer waiting time in line. Additionally, the electric cashier station supports various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and mobile payments, meeting the diverse payment needs of customers and further improving checkout efficiency.
High-Quality User Experience
From the cashier's perspective, the station's user interface is highly intuitive, with a clear display and simple, easy-to-understand icons, allowing cashiers to quickly get up to speed and reduce operational errors. The comfortable operating height and adjustable angle help alleviate fatigue during long hours of work. Furthermore, its silent design ensures that there is almost no noise during operation, creating a quiet and comfortable shopping and working environment for both customers and staff.
Reliable Stability
In terms of material and craftsmanship, the electric cashier station is made from durable, high-quality materials to withstand the intense daily use of supermarkets. After rigorous quality testing, it demonstrates exceptional stability and is resistant to malfunctions caused by frequent movement or collisions. The station's reliable performance not only ensures the continuity of cashier operations but also reduces additional maintenance costs for the supermarket, providing strong support for the long-term stability of the supermarket's operations.
Custom Checkout Counter: How to Specify, Budget and Deploy One That Pays Back A custom checkout counter is the one fixture in a store that every customer touches and every sale passes through. That means a few inches of belt length, or a card terminal mounted at the wrong angle, becomes a daily cost multiplied across ...
READ MOREA metal display rack looks like a simple purchase until the first shelf bows under a full load of canned goods, or a powder-coated upright starts to blister near a cleaning station after eighteen months. For wholesalers, chain retailers and distributors, the gap between a rack that earns its floor space and one that i...
READ MOREA yard manager orders a single-sided cantilever rack for 24-foot oak planks. The quote states 2,200 lb per arm pair, so he signs. Three weeks later the arms carry a visible set toward the aisle, and the top level sags every time it is loaded. Nothing was mislabeled. He read one number where the rack actually publishes...
READ MORESuzhou Juren Commercial Equipment Co.,Ltd. manufactures Checkout Counters manufacturer for supermarkets, grocery stores, convenience chains and warehouse-format retail. Our range covers belt conveyor checkout counters, multi-payment cashier stations, mobile belt units and convenience store display counters, built from cold-rolled steel, stainless steel and steel-wood modules.
We develop and produce to customer drawings or samples, so counter length, belt width, cabinet layout, finish and payment hardware are configured around the actual checkout lane rather than a fixed catalogue size.
Our checkout counter family is organised around the checkout workflow: item transfer, scanning, payment and bagging. Each counter type solves a different lane condition, from a fixed high-volume supermarket lane to a compact convenience store register with display shelving above the counter.
Belt-driven lanes for supermarkets and hypermarkets. The conveyor moves goods to the cashier while the cashier scans and bags, which shortens the customer's stationary time at the register. Available in mobile, multi-payment and heavy-duty configurations.
Compact cashier counters that combine the register position with display shelves or storage compartments. These suit convenience stores, pharmacies and small-format grocery where the counter also merchandises impulse products.
We also produce the fixtures that surround the checkout zone: Commercial Display Racks, tobacco and wine cabinets, fruit and vegetable racks and fresh produce stands, so a store fit-out can be sourced as one coordinated package.
The three belt counter models share a 2500L × 1100W × 850H mm working envelope, which gives a standard lane footprint while leaving the internal cabinet free for the drive system, wiring and cash drawer. Each model is aimed at a different operating priority.
| Model | Configuration Focus | Best-Fit Application |
|---|---|---|
| SYT-60 Mobile Belt Checkout Counter | Wheeled base, stainless steel countertop, cold-rolled steel cabinet | Stores that reposition lanes for promotions, seasonal peaks or layout changes |
| SYT-05 Multi-Payment Belt Checkout Counter | Cash, card, QR and NFC payment support; intelligent belt speed control | High-traffic supermarkets with mixed payment behaviour |
| SYT-06 Heavy-Duty Belt Checkout Counter | Reinforced steel frame, wear-resistant coating, anti-collision bumper | Large supermarkets, warehouse stores and non-stop operation |
Belt speed, belt width and loading height determine how smoothly a lane runs. We build variable frequency drive modules into the counter structure so belt speed can be tuned to the store's transaction rhythm without straining the motor or the belt.
Counters are assembled from modular sections, so a drive motor, belt section or control component can be replaced without dismantling the whole unit. Pre-allocated spaces for scanners, customer displays or self-service modules allow a lane to be upgraded later rather than replaced.
Counter surfaces are selected against the goods handled at that lane. Stainless steel countertops are used where hygiene and cleaning frequency matter, including fresh produce, chilled and frozen sections. Brushed finishes reduce visible smudges, rounded edges limit bacterial accumulation and removable drip trays handle spills.
Our counters are prepared for the equipment the store already uses. Barcode scanners, keyboard holders, cash drawers, customer-facing displays and POS terminals mount on pre-drilled or pre-formed positions, and cable routing is planned inside the cabinet rather than surface-mounted afterwards.
We manufacture to specific customer requirements rather than forcing a standard size. Counter length, belt width, cabinet depth, shelf arrangement, colour and finish are all set from the store layout and the checkout workflow. For convenience store projects, the counter is often combined with display shelving or storage compartments in the same unit.
Information We Use to Configure Your Solution
Suzhou Juren operates a 10,000 m² production facility in Suzhou, Jiangsu, with a workforce of over 100 and a production system built for consistent output. Counters are produced from customer drawings or samples, and components are checked for compatibility and durability before packing.
Products ship in separate pieces for safe transport. Our installation tutorial covers the process from unboxing to final assembly, and spare parts are supplied with the same quality control applied to the original build. Technical support is available for component selection, correct installation and use.
A checkout zone works with the fixtures around it. We produce the full set so dimensions, finishes and colours stay consistent across the store.
Our belt checkout counters are built on a 2500L × 1100W × 850H mm working envelope, but we produce to customer drawings and can adjust length, width, belt width and cabinet layout. Send the lane dimensions and the equipment to be mounted, and we will confirm a suitable configuration.
Yes. Our counters are prepared for barcode scanners, keyboard holders, cash drawers, customer displays and POS terminals, and support cash, card, QR code, NFC and mobile payment hardware. Where you provide equipment model references, we plan mounting positions and cable routing around them.
Convenience stores generally use a compact cashier counter with display shelves or storage compartments rather than a full belt lane. Our convenience store checkout display counters combine the register position with merchandising space for impulse products, and can be sized to a small floor plan.
Counters ship in separate pieces for safe transport. We provide an installation tutorial covering unboxing through final assembly, and technical support is available for component selection and correct installation. Adjustable feet give ±20 mm of levelling for uneven flooring.
Routine attention covers belt tracking and tension, drive motor condition, and cleaning of stainless steel surfaces and drip trays. The modular structure allows drive motors, belt sections and control components to be replaced individually, and we supply spare parts with component-level quality control.
We pre-allocate space for self-service modules, scanning devices and digital displays during production, so a standard belt counter can be extended into a more automated checkout point without replacing the whole unit.
